By accessing jitaaace, registering a player account, or engaging in any activity on the platform — including browsing game categories, depositing funds, placing bets, redeeming bonuses, or contacting our support team — you unconditionally confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games, promotions, or tournaments published on the platform from time to time.

Access to and use of jitaaace is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

Registration Requirements

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. For bKash and Nagad deposits, the minimum deposit is ৳200. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to minimum amounts denominated in the relevant digital asset and may vary based on network conditions. jitaaace does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which jitaaace bears no responsibility.

For cryptocurrency deposits, crediting occurs upon the required number of network confirmations, which may take between 10 minutes and 60 minutes depending on network congestion at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jitaaace reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are awarded as bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.

• Use jitaaace for commercial purposes, including but not limited to reselling access to the platform, advertising third-party products or services, or operating a business from a player account.

jitaaace reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

All content available on the jitaaace platform — including but not limited to the jitaaace brand name, logo, domain name, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images, video content, audio assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jitaaace or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By accessing jitaaace, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or publicly display any content from jitaaace without our prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any jitaaace content or software;
• Use the jitaaace name, logo, or any other brand asset in any context that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with jitaaace without our express written permission;

In no event will jitaaace be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with: your access to or use of the platform; any inability to access or use the platform; any content or conduct of any third party on the platform; or any other matter relating to jitaaace, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if jitaaace has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

Technical Issues and Game Malfunctions
